The impact of the coming election, current pandemic and recent SCOTUS decision all have enormous impacts on the CFPB and the regulation of consumer finance. Join us for a review of the probable direction of the CFPB and what their anticipated priorities will be in the coming 12-24 months. We will be looking at probable rule promulgation, enforcement trends, and the Bureau’s structure which will all inform your internal risk and compliance priorities for the coming year.
