Dana Deason
Senior Manager of HR Compliance and Inclusion @ArcBest
Dana Deason is the Senior Manager of HR Administration and Compliance for logistics provider ArcBest. Dana oversees ArcBest’s HR policies as well as OFCCP and state government compliance. Dana is passionate about people and serves on the Board of Directors for DirectEmployers, holds a Mental Health First Aid certification as well as PHR and SHRM-CP designations. She obtained a B.A. in International Studies from Westminster College. When not in the office, Dana spends time with her English bulldog and volunteers with CASA, advocating for abused and neglected children. Fair warning: she also tells really cheesy jokes and thinks they are hilarious.

Mark Jostad
Director of HR Compliance @J.B. Hunt Transport
Mark Jostad is the Director of HR Compliance at JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. With a background in accounting and over 28 years of experience in HR and compliance roles, Jostad is responsible for all aspects of HR compliance at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. In his role, he manages seven individuals who work to mitigate risk in the areas of OFCCP and affirmative action, immigration, background checks, wage and hour and ADA accommodation.
