Our attorneys will highlight key considerations to help employers navigate the complexities of intersecting legal requirements and discuss other important aspects of these laws including:

  • Overview of Oregon and Washington leave laws, including paid family medical leave programs
  • Overview of Oregon and Washington paid sick and safe time laws and interplay with leave laws
  • Compliance challenges related to remote workforce and multistate operations
