Join us for Hinshaw's 25th Annual Labor & Employment Seminar, for a week of practical and engaging virtual programming. We are offering the seminar free of charge this year, allowing unprecedented access for those who may have not previously participated in our in-person seminar. Each day we'll hold a one-hour session that will examine and analyze some of the most pressing issues affecting employers today.
The week will kick off with our ever-popular Year in Review session on Monday. We will provide guidance on new and changing laws—and there is much to discuss as a result of COVID-19—along with recent decisions that impact both small and large employers. Mid-week sessions will feature current challenges in immigration, privacy in the workplace, and state-specific whistleblower and retaliation discharge claims. We will culminate the week on Friday with an Advice on Tap session where Hinshaw attorneys will spend the hour answering attendee questions.
Who Should Attend?
This seminar is ideal for legal, business, and human resource leaders of public and privately-held companies and not-for-profit organizations spanning a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, construction, education, food and beverage, health care, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, and retail.
Continuing Education Credit
As in previous years, attendees may be able to earn CLE, HRCI, and SHRM continuing education credit for this virtual seminar. Applications pending.
