A Love Contract is written document required by many employers where participants in a workplace romance acknowledge awareness of the employer's anti-harassment policies and affirm the consensual nature of the relationship. Love Contracts are designed to provide some legal protection for employers in the event that a relationship dissolves and a harassment or discrimination lawsuit ensues.
